Refund Policy

Effective 10th August 2025, UAEPermit.com does not offer refunds for visa applications processed through our platform.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All fees are non-refundable after submission, regardless of application outcome or changes in travel plans.
• No refunds, partial refunds, service credits, or wallet balances will be provided.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all documents and information are correct before submitting your application.

Processing Times

Estimated processing times are based on typical conditions provided by the UAE immigration department. Processing times start from the next business day after successful submission of documents and payment.

While UAEPermit.com provides estimated times, delays, cancellations, or other outcomes may occur. UAEPermit.com cannot be held responsible for any financial or other consequences resulting from delayed approvals or visa rejections.

Fees and Payments

All applicable fees are charged immediately upon successful online verification. You are responsible for payment of all fees, including any taxes. Fees and requirements related to visas or passport processing are subject to change without notice.

Delivery of Visa

Approved visas are sent via email or other digital mediums after full payment is received.
